Wedding!

The majority of photos in this gallery were taken by my good friend Ted Marshall, assisted by his wife Grace and by my friends Carlos & Deborah. Thank you so much for all the lovely photos! There are only two photos that I took included in this gallery; the first photo and the one near the end with the three wedding cakes. Of course we had many more photos and had 55 guests at the wedding as well, but to respect the privacy of others and their families, I only posted shots of Emily and me, and a few with my dad, her parents and one with her brother.
Photo 1 is a cellphone selfie taken at Van Dusen Gardens on the evening just after I proposed to Emily on December 11, 2022. Photos 2 to 4 are some shots Ted took during a quick engagement photo shoot, in Queen Elizabeth Park on March 11, 2023. The rest were taken on the day of the wedding, August 6, 2023 with photos 5 to 18 being shots taken in Queen Elizabeth Park, prior to the wedding ceremony at the Celebration Pavilion in the park. Photos 19-21 were taken during and just after the ceremony at the Pavilion. Photos 22 to 30 were taken inside "Seasons in the Park" restaurant, where the reception was held. Photos 22 to 26 are from when Emily and I donned traditional Korean Paebaek Tea Ceremony attire, and the ceremony was performed prior to the meal being served at Seasons.
